5. Appearance inspection, disposal, code scanning records

6. Manufacture information enter

7. Annealing → Completion information entry → Blanking and turnover

8. Load on P&F conveyor →Pickling and phosphating line → Processing information entry → Three roll inspection (manual) → Acid pickling → Completion information entry → Blanking and turnover → Rail car to wire drawing machine → Processing information entry → Wire drawing (intermediate wire) → Completion information entry

9. Ground rail to annealing furnace → Processing information entry → Annealing → Completion information entry → Blanking and turnover

10. Load on PF line to pickling line → Processing information entry → Bulk roll inspection (manual) → Pickling → Completion information entry → Blanking and turnover → Rail car to wire drawing machine → Processing information entry → Wire drawing (finished wire) → Completion information entry
